Our continuing association with a specialist Watchmaker means we offer a wide range of more extensive Watch Repairs including overhauls to prestige makes such as Omega, Rolex and IWC.
Our experienced Jeweller hand makes one-off designs and sources high grade diamonds. He also repairs everyday wear and tear to gold and silver jewellery ensuring your loved pieces look their best. We repair 99.9% of the pieces brought to us for attention, even those costume pieces you are too afraid to ask us to do! We are fully equipped in store to clean and assess your jewellery to minimize repairs and prevent loss of stones, especially in rings. We are happy to advise you regarding the best options for each piece.
Our Pearl Threading specialist has over 40 years experience and offers first class service. We work with a Registered Valuer with over 50 years experience who can assess your jewellery for Insurance purposes or to substantiate a claim in the event of loss.

Jewellery
Conway Jewellers can repair jewellery and restring pearls. We stock a large range of spare parts for jewellery. This means a lot of repairs can be done while you wait or do some other shopping.
Watches
We offer a large range of replacement watch straps and bracelets for ladies and gents watches. We can replace watch batteries including those hard to find odd sizes. Should your watch require more attention than this, we offer a no obligation, no cost quotation service on watch repairs. All our watch overhauls carry a six month guarantee.
Valuations
Valuations are available for your jewellery for insurance purposes. Our valuer is fully qualified and up to date with current market trends. All valuations include a photograph of the item valued on the certificate.

Conway Jewellers opened its doors to the discerning shoppers of Malvern in 1966. At that time, decimal currency was just being introduced. This made for an interesting start to Malvern’s most enduring jewellers. More than fifty years later, the same decimal currency is still with us, although the Queen’s head seems to have aged somewhat.
Conway Jewellers has been a part of Malvern for all that time.
Yvette has taken over from her brother Tim and has been putting her own special flavour on the store since taking the plunge into retail management in 2007. The vibrant and creative displays, with a widening range of special pieces, have attracted everyone’s attention.
